2023 წლის 6 იანვარი. ექსპედიცია ხოფის რაიონის სოფელ სარფში.
2023 წლის 14-24 ივლისი. კომპლექსური ექსპედიცია ჩეჩნეთ-ინგუშეთსა და დაღესტანში. ხელმძღვანელი კავკასიოლოგი ცირა ბარამიძე.
2023 წლის 28 ივლისი - 29 აგვისტო. ექსპედიცია მუჰაჯირ ლაზებთან, მუჰაჯირ კლარჯებთან და მუჰაჯირ აფხაზებთან - ქორეოლოგ ხათუნა დამჩიძესა და თამაზ კრავეიშვილთან ერთად.
2023 წლის 20-21 ოქტომბერი და 2 ნოემბერი. ექსპედიცია ხოფის რაიონის სოფელ სარფში.

A three-year project funded by the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia

In the first year of the three-year project "Musical-Choreographic Folklore of Georgians and Abkhazians Living in Turkey, Iran and Azerbaijan" sponsored by Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia, the expedition group visited the Georgians of Turkey. The group consisted of the head of the project - Dr. Giorgi Kraveishvili, project coordinator Tamaz Kraveishvili and research choreographer Giorgi Alimbarashvili. In the first expedition, the group recorded a number of Laz music-choreography samples. The expedition lasted from May 22 to June 6.
In the second expedition, the group visited Tao, Shavsheti and Klarjeti and spent the last few days again in Lazet. A number of musical and choreographic samples were recorded in this expedition as well. The expedition lasted from July 22 to August 24.
After the second expedition, the leader of the group stayed in Batumi of his own free will, and at various intervals wrote songs and verbal information about the Sarpi lazuri dance and its tricks in the Sarpi of Georgia and Turkey.

"Heyamo" Foundation won the "Grant Competition for Fundamental Research" announced by Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia in 2021

A(A)IP Foundation "Heiyamo" won the "Grant Competition for Fundamental Research" announced by Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia in 2021. The name of the project is "Musical and choreographic folklore of Georgians and Abkhazians living in Turkey, Iran and Azerbaijan". The head of the project Giorgi Kraveishvili, Doctor of Art Studies, together with the project coordinator Tamaz Kraveishvili and researcher choreologist Giorgi Alimbarashvili will visit Georgians and Abkhazians living in Turkey, Iran and Azerbaijan. The group will jointly record and research their music-choreography folklore samples, prepare research articles and monographs about them. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to prepare two monographs: the first book will be published in 2024 and it will reflect the music-choreography samples of Georgians (Lazes, Shavshes, Taoels, Klarjes) and Abkhazians living in Turkey, and the monograph to be published in 2025 will talk about the music-choreography samples of Heret-Fereidan.
